Overview
PlayNest is an Android app for parents to find and book activities for their children at one fictional activity center. It is built with React Native and Expo (Expo Router), styled with NativeWind and written in TypeScript. Recommendations, bookings and check-in passes are stored locally on the device, and all the data is fictional. There is no live sign-in or payment: it is a demo of the booking flow.
What I built
- Browsing activities and booking a session for a child.
- A check-in pass for each booking.
- Bookings kept on the device, with a button in Profile to reset the demo data.
